Service Description
We understand that planning a party can be time consuming, overwhelming and costly. And due to geographic locations, not everyone may be able to physically attend the party. Our Birthday package aims to solve all these problems: - we do the planning - our price is affordable - friends and family around the world can attend virtually. Have one of the best birthday celebrations with your family and friends while learning a new language. Join us for a virtual Spanish-themed birthday where you will learn new vocabulary while doing fun activities. Our themes include, but are not limited to: cars, dinosaurs, princesses, Disney, Hawaii and Paris. A full list of birthday themes will be emailed to you upon request for booking. This service is available for both adults and children and the birthday celebrant receives a complimentary t-shirt*! Birthday celebrations occur daily for a total of 90 minutes. We offer a fixed price for up to 20 participants. Any additional participant will render additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE TUTORING: A session is automatically cancelled if students are more than 10 minutes late. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time; after this point no further changes will be made. Rescheduled classes must occur within 7 calendar days to avoid cancellation. All cancellations and no shows are non-refundable. YOUTH AND ADULT PLANS: If at any point you choose to cancel your subscription, please contact us to do so prior to your due date. Any cancellations made after that date will not be refunded. DAILY/WEEKLY DROP-IN: This service is non-refundable. SUMMER PROGRAM: This service is non-refundable. HOLIDAY CLASSES: This service is non-refundable. BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION: In the unlikely/unfortunate event that you need to cancel or postpone your celebration, you will be issued a credit of the amount originally paid, less a 25% booking fee, in the form of a coupon. Credit is valid for three (3) months from the initial date booked. LIVE VIRTUAL TRIPS: Live virtual trips are non-refundable unless the event has been cancelled by the Instructor. SHOP: All sales are final.
