Rescheduling, Refunds and Cancellations

PRIVATE TUTORING:

• Sessions will be automatically canceled if a student is more than 10 minutes late.

• To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled session time. After this window, no changes can be made.

• Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 7 calendar days of the original session date or they will be forfeited.

• All cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

 YOUTH AND ADULT PLANS:

• If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us prior to your next billing date.

• Cancellations submitted after the billing date will not be eligible for a refund.

DAILY/WEEKLY DROP-IN:

All purchases are non-refundable.

SUMMER PROGRAM:

All payments are non-refundable

 

HOLIDAY CLASSES:

All payments are non-refundable

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION:

• In the unlikely event that you need to cancel or postpone your celebration, a credit will be issued for the amount paid minus a 25% non-refundable booking fee.

• Credits will be provided in the form of a coupon and are valid for 3 months from the original event date.

LIVE VIRTUAL TRIPS:

Live virtual trips are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the instructor.

All sales are final.
